Chris Lawson is a Realtor in the Kingston and surrounding area In addition to being a full service Realtor, he has earned the professional designations of, Certified Relocation Transition Specialist, and Accredited Senior Agent. These designations are among the highest in the industry, and fewer than 1% of all Realtors in the country have earned these highly coveted designations.
Through his commitment to excellence and personal service Chris has become one of the upcoming Realtors that provides services for the Senior population in the Kingston area. Chris is familiar with both the new home construction and the residential resale markets. He has the knowledge, resources, and expertise to market your home effectively, and to help you choose the right neighborhood, the right schools and the right builder for you and your family. Chris thinks this is due in part to his dedication to his clients, and in part to his thirst for knowledge. He constantly updates his real estate skills with courses and has earned several designations along the way. He also studies and implements the latest technologies to effectively connect and communicate with buyers, and to provide the information they seek.
While others might push a client to quickly make a choice, so they can move on to the next client, Chris urges his clients to think it through carefully before making a decision. He’s also willing to discourage a choice if he sees trouble ahead such as issues that could affect his clients’ welfare in the future – and he gladly points these out along with the other reasons why a home would or would not work to fulfill their dreams, or where home “improvements” may not increase salability.
Chris believes that real estate is much more than simply buying or selling a home. To him, a key element of real estate is developing relationships and building trust with his clients.
